The villa is located in the outskirts of Rethymno city only 6km away from the center.  Rethymno centre offers a variety of shops (supermarkets, fishmongers, butcher shops, bakeries) as well as highly acclaimed restaurants, numerous cafes, pastry shops, ice cream shops and more. In Rethymno you may also visit the magnificent old town, the Venetian harbour, the museum and the venetian castle “Fortezza” which is the trademark of the city.
